The cookies and local storage Aethela uses, why, and how you control them.
We keep this as light as the rest of the studio. Two categories, one of which is entirely your choice.
1. Necessary (always on)
A first-party storage entry remembers the contents of your cart between visits.
A first-party storage entry records your cookie choice so we do not ask again on every visit.
These carry no tracking and cannot be switched off, as the site cannot function without them.
2. Analytics & diagnostics (your choice)
Google Analytics (GA4) — anonymous, aggregated usage analytics with IP anonymisation, so we can see what resonates and improve the experience.
Sentry — captures technical errors so we can fix them quickly. Configured to avoid collecting personal data.
Both load ONLY after you grant analytics consent. On a fresh or declined visit, neither runs.
3. Managing your choice
Use "Cookie preferences" in the footer at any time to accept, reject, or change individual categories.
Your choice is stored on your device. Clearing your browser storage will reset it and we will ask again.
