Refund & Cancellation Policy
When refunds are possible, when they are not, and how to request one.
We want you to live with a piece you love. Here is how returns and refunds work.
1. In-stock pieces (Editions & Object)
You can cancel within 24 hours of the order being marked paid for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellation is at our discretion — write to us and we will do our best.
If the piece arrives damaged or visibly different from the listing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will replace it or refund you in full.
2. Made-to-order & commissioned pieces (Studio)
Studio pieces are cast to order. They can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of payment, before casting begins.
Once production has begun, made-to-order and commissioned pieces are non-refundable, as each is cast specifically for you. We share clear timelines before any work starts.
3. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order reference (the code from your confirmation), the reason, and any photographs.
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take an additional few days to reflect the credit.
