Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

Pan-India for all in-stock and made-to-order pieces.

International shipping is available on request — quoted separately based on destination and weight.

2. How long it takes

In-stock pieces dispatch within 3 working days of payment confirmation.

Made-to-order (Studio) pieces ship after the lead time shown on the product page.

Delivery within India typically takes 4–7 working days depending on your city. You will receive an email with tracking the moment your piece ships.

3. Costs

Shipping within India is included on orders above the threshold shown at checkout. Below that, a flat shipping fee applies, calculated at checkout.

International shipping cost depends on the destination and piece weight. We will share the exact figure before you commit.

4. Insurance

Every shipment is insured at full retail value. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we will file the claim and replace or refund.

5. Customs (international)

You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes levied by your destination country. We mark the parcel honestly with the retail value.
